Early Life

Jesus Christ was born in the town of Bethlehem, in a place called Judea. He grew up in a small town named Nazareth, where he lived with his family. His mother was Mary, and he was raised by Joseph, a carpenter.

As a child, Jesus learned about his culture, faith, and traditions. He also learned skills like reading, praying, and helping with daily work. Stories say he was curious, kind, and thoughtful even when he was young.

Teaching and Travels

When Jesus was about 30 years old, he began traveling to towns and villages. He taught people about loving one another, helping the poor, and forgiving others. Many people liked listening to him because he used simple stories, called parables, to explain big ideas.

Jesus often talked about caring for others and doing the right thing, even when it was hard. He encouraged people to be kind, honest, and brave. Crowds gathered to hear him speak, and some became his close followers, called disciples.

Beliefs and Influence

Christians believe that Jesus was the Son of God and that his teachings show how people should live. They believe he performed miracles, such as healing the sick, to help others and show compassion.

Jesus’ message focused on love, peace, and hope. He taught that every person is important and deserves respect. These ideas were powerful and changed how many people thought about life and faith.

Legacy

After Jesus’ death, his followers shared his teachings far and wide. Over time, these teachings became the foundation of Christianity, one of the world’s largest religions.

Today, millions of people around the world remember Jesus for his message of love and kindness. His words have inspired schools, hospitals, charities, and helpers everywhere to care for others.

Why He Matters Today

Jesus Christ is remembered not just as a teacher from long ago, but as someone whose ideas still matter. His story encourages people to choose kindness, help those in need, and treat others the way they want to be treated.
