Early Life

Allyson Felix was born on November 18, 1985, in Los Angeles, California. She grew up in a loving family and was always encouraged to try her best. As a kid, Allyson enjoyed many activities, but running soon became her favorite.

She went to school like other kids and worked hard in her classes. Even when she started winning races, she stayed focused on learning and having fun. Allyson believed that school and sports were both important.
